Creating Local, Sustainable Credit

A presentation given at the Lummi Island Grange by Ann Tulintseff of the Public Banking Institute that centers on public banking for Washington State. It covers issues ranging from policies of the Federal Reserve, reasons for local government budget shortfalls, the creation of money and fractional reserve banking, and how public banking could benefit sustainable economies.
